c) Promotion Details:
i. Offer applies to full priced items only and excludes all Everyday Low Priced Items (selected Demi models, Tampa Recliners & Altos Side Table), Health & Wellness Options, Battery Packs and already discounted products.
ii. The offer is 25% off all La-Z-Boy Furniture
iii. The RRP price may differ between stores with some stores not previously selling at the indicated RRP.
iv. Discounts of 25% off the RRP is available on all La-Z-Boy Recliners, Ottomans & Armchairs, discounts of 25% off the RRP is available on La-Z-Boy Sofas & Modulars, products & discounts of 25% off the RRP is available on La-Z-Boy Lift Chairs at participating La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery and La-Z-Boy Gallery stores (excluding ELP, optional extras i.e high base, swivel, change of colour of handle, battery packs and already discounted products & products listed in d.). There may be additional clearance, discontinued and obsolete stock which may have a higher discount percentage – this will vary between stores.
d) Advertised featured La-Z-Boy products. Advertised products are whilst stocks last after which time they may be made to order at the specified price up until the completion of the promotion.
e) Promotional imagery of featured products may not be an accurate reflection of coverings included in the sale. Only the specified coverings outlined alongside the product in these terms are included as a part of this promotion at the specified prices. In general, all product imagery may not reflect the actual product composition, there can be slight variances.
f) Additional freight may apply dependant on location, this will be advised at point of purchase.
g) Participating La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery and La-Z-Boy Gallery stores only. Outlet store not included in this sale.
h) Only relates to La-Z-Boy products in store. Not applicable to non-branded La-Z-Boy products.
2. General Terms
The following general terms and conditions apply to all promotions and all sales of La-Z-Boy products during any promotional period:
a) Making a purchase during a promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
b) All promotional pricing discounts are off the normal recommended retail price and available during the promotion period while stocks last.
c) Some products may be subject to delays due to the customisation of our product lines. Please be assured that we will communicate an ETA at the time of purchase and every endeavour will be made to achieve this delivery date.
d) The Retailer may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence a promotion or the terms and conditions of any promotion at any time and for any reason without notice.
e) The Retailer takes no responsibility for any customer’s inability to participate in a promotion for any reason.
f) Any decisions made by the Retailer in relation to a promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
g) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Retailer, its suppliers and licensors (including Morgan Furniture Int. Limited) and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, personal injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by in connection with the promotion.
h) Morgan Furniture Int. Limited is not liable or in any way responsible for the conduct, representations, or the performance of obligations of any other person (including without limitation any retailer in respect of any promotion).
i) All personal information collected by the Retailer during a promotion will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Retailer’s privacy policy. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. The Retailer may supply the personal information of a customer obtained from that customer to the Relevant Parties and such personal information may be used by a Relevant Party in the conduct of the promotion and to provide services and marketing materials in the future.
3. Ad Platform Modification & Liability Disclaimer
a) Third-Party Platform Modifications - We utilise advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and others that may apply automated adjustments to ad content, including but not limited to formatting, cropping, text placement, or creative enhancements. These changes are made by the platform’s algorithm and may vary across placements and devices.
b) Pricing and Offer Accuracy - While we make every effort to ensure that ad content reflects accurate pricing and promotional details at the time of creation, we are not liable for any discrepancies that arise as a result of automated platform modifications or reformatting. This includes—but is not limited to—changes to text visibility, truncation, cropping, or misalignment of price-related elements.
c) Client Review & Approval - All creatives are submitted for approval prior to publishing. Once approved, we acknowledge that some platform-specific formatting may occur beyond our control, and releases us from responsibility for any misrepresentation that results solely from platform-driven modifications.
d) Responsibility for Final Display - It is the advertiser’s responsibility to review live ads and flag any errors caused by third-party platform formatting. Upon notification, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to correct any display issues within our control.

1) Competition dates are 20-23 August 2026

3) The entrant is entered into the draw when they complete all mandatory fields on the online competition entry form at https://www.la-z-boy.co.nz/
a) The entrant must remain subscribed to the La-Z-Boy Comfort Club mailing list at the time of the draw.
4) We ask that the winner sends in a before and after photo of their new product/s set up in their home), so that it can be shared via our social channels.
a) Permission is automatically granted to Morgan Furniture International ltd. to use the supplied image/s, upon acceptance of the prize.
5) The winning entry will be selected by random draw on 3rd September 2026. Judging will take place at 34 Triton Drive, Albany, Auckland.
6) The Promoter will notify the winner 5th September 2026.
a) If the winner does not respond by 9th September 2026, the promoter will do a re-draw of winner.
7) Prize: The prize will be one La-Z-Boy Atlanta Swivel Recliner in leather. This is non-negotiable and not able to be exchanged for cash.
8) The prize can be collected in-store or we can arrange for delivery.
General Competition Terms and Conditions
9) The Promoter is Morgan Retail Ltd, 34 Triton Drive, Albany, Auckland.
10) The Promotion is open to anyone who doesn’t work at Morgan Retail Ltd or Morgan Furniture International Ltd, is aged 18 years or above and who resides in New Zealand.
11) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
12) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify any Participant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms & conditions, or engaged in any unlawful, or other improper conduct, or any conduct towards the promoter and/or calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
13) The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies, directors, employees shall not be liable in any way under these terms or at law (including, but without limitation negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but without limitation direct, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or promotion or in connection with the prize.
14) The Promoter will collect details of the winners only for the purposes of this competition. Pursuant to the Privacy Act, the winners have the right to access and correct any personal information provided by themselves.
15) The promoter and / or internet service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost / delayed data, transmission, omission, interruption, failures of any computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, congestion or any other error or malfunction in relation to the promotion, including but not limited to misdirected, late, or failed requests for registration.
16) All information you provide will be used for administering this promotion and for future promotional or publicity purposes at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
17) Nothing in this Agreement shall impose any direct personal liability whatsoever on the part of the Supplier’s directors, shareholders or employees.

Spin the Wheel Terms & Conditions
1. The Spin the Wheel promotion is available at the Wairau Park showroom, 3A Link Drive, Wairau Park, during the Grand Opening event from Thursday 20 August to Sunday 23 August 2026, during normal store opening hours.
2. Participation is limited to one spin per customer for the duration of the promotion. Participants must be aged 18 years or over.
3. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Spin the Wheel promotion, unless otherwise stated in promotional material.
4. Each eligible participant will receive one spin of the promotional wheel and will receive the prize corresponding to the segment on which the wheel lands, subject to these Terms & Conditions and prize availability.
5. Prizes are available in limited quantities and while stocks last. Prize types may include Hunter Home merchandise, La-Z-Boy merchandise, cushions or throws, additional purchase discounts, discounted delivery, outdoor furniture and occasional chairs.
6. Major prizes, including outdoor furniture and occasional chairs, are strictly limited to the quantities available during the promotion. Once a particular prize has been won or exhausted, that prize may be removed from the promotion or replaced with another prize of similar value at the promoter's discretion.
7. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Where a specific product prize is unavailable, Hunter Home & La-Z-Boy reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
8. Any additional 5% discount won applies to an eligible purchase made at the Wairau Park showroom and is subject to any exclusions advised by the store. The additional discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Any half-price delivery prize applies to an eligible purchase of $2,000 or more made at the Wairau Park showroom. Standard delivery areas, conditions and exclusions apply.
10. Spin the Wheel prizes cannot be used retrospectively against purchases completed before the prize was won.
11. Employees of Morgan Furniture Group or La-Z-Boy, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.
12. La-Z-Boy reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse participation where these Terms & Conditions have not been met, and amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
13. The Spin the Wheel promotion is separate from the Grand Opening major prize draw. Separate Terms & Conditions apply to that promotion.
